We recently had the most incredible Airbnb experience at Richard's place. Richard stood out as an exceptional host, demonstrating kindness, support, and thoughtfulness throughout our stay. His proactive communication ensured that we felt cared for, and he consistently checked in to share fantastic local tips for an authentic experience.
The house surpassed all expectations. The breathtaking view and multiple patios with stylish outdoor furniture and tasteful decorations were a standout. Richard's tasteful interior design choices added a touch of elegance to the space. We were also impressed by the high-tech security systems, the immersion in nature, and the fully equipped kitchen. The daily cleaning and turndown service provided an extra layer of luxury, and the reliable, high-speed internet kept us connected. The library filled with amazing books offered a cozy retreat.

Mettahouse, nestled between majestic mountains and the vast ocean, provided an exceptional month-long stay for my family and friends. Every morning greeted us with serene birdsong, making it an idyllic retreat for nature lovers. Our host's unparalleled hospitality, offering personalized tips from weather forecasts to dining and vineyard visits, made us feel instantly at home. The house's vibrant decor, art, and bonsai, alongside a biodiverse garden, created a peaceful haven. Daily housekeeping and thoughtful touches, like baby-friendly products and free beach equipment, added to our comfort. The stunning views of mountains, ocean, pool, and garden struck a perfect balance between vibrancy and tranquility, making every moment memorable. Thanks to Richard's care, Mettahouse gave us unforgettable memories and a heartfelt experience. 

We had a great stay at the Mettahouse. The perfect end to our fantastic South Africa trip. Richard has created a place with a lot of style and taste where you immediately feel comfortable and like at home and where you also feel very safe. We were able to relax by the pool while exploring the surroundings: Perfect location to drive to the Cape of Good Hope or, for example, to Kalksbay, Boulders Beach and Chapmans Peak. Cape Town is also not far. Richard is a wonderful host, the best we've ever had in our different places. He is always helpful, friendly, an interesting interlocutor and he had nice hidden gems for us. Shopping is nearby (car) and also a very nice place: Dixies.
